Shipping and Return Policy


All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Minimum total value of Rs. 240 is required to process an order.

We have Hyperlocal delivery for locations in Imphal East and Imphal West within 7km radius from Thangmeiband for all products. For select products, we have National delivery to all locations in India serviceable by Delhivery and India Post.

As our products are pro-biotic and free of preservatives, they are prepared in small batches carefully matching the demand. We do not maintain a huge stock of the products and if demand spike for some reason, we may not be able to dispatch your order immediately. In such cases, we will take a maximum of 4 days to dispatch your order. If the items are in stock, then we offer Next-Day Hyperlocal delivery! Please call us before ordering if you want to confirm availability.

The  Sourdough bread and Kombucha bottles we ship are at least 5 days due its best-before date, and the Ghost & Co. hot sauces at least 1 month due. However, the items offered on 10% Clearance Sale are discounted specifically because of their proximity to best-before date. They are due less than the specified time mentioned above, but not past their best-before date on the say of shipping.

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 for Hyperlocal and Rs. 70 for National delivery will be charged on all orders up to Rs. 699. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 700.

Estimated delivery time is within 3+1 working days in Imphal, 3+7 working days in all metro cities and anywhere within 12 working days in other locations, from the time order is placed.

Our courier partners will operate between Monday to Saturday. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Our policy lasts for 15 days from the day your order gets delivered to your address.

Our products being perishable food items are exempt from being returned.

In case you were delivered a defective or damaged product, we will promptly process a refund of the affected items.  Please write to to raise a complaint.
